Visiting this site
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Serving and securing pages involves technical connection data such as your IP address, requested URL, time and browser information. Our purpose is a reliable, secure portfolio (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Contact form data is forwarded to our internal email service only when you submit an enquiry.

Contact and enquiries
When “Send enquiry” is shown, submitting transfers your name, email address and message to our Cloudflare backend and through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) to [email protected]. We receive this mailbox through IONOS SE. Resend processes message contents and delivery metadata. Its current service documentation states that customer data is stored in the USA and that email and log data on Free, Pro and Scale are retained for 30 days. Choosing an EU sending region does not change the storage location. Resend’s DPA includes EU Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers. We have not enabled email open or click tracking. Your connection data is processed by Cloudflare for delivery and protection against abuse; the backend uses a pseudonymised IP-based rate limit. The website does not save enquiry text in browser storage or its own database.
When “Open email” is shown, the fields only prepare an email on your device. Typing or copying does not submit the enquiry. You send the draft yourself in your email app. You can also write directly to [email protected]. The older schroffundfischer.com contact addresses use Google Workspace (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Dublin, Ireland); email contents and communication metadata may also be processed outside the EU/EEA.
We use your name, email address and message to respond and discuss your project. For contractual enquiries the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other enquiries it is our legitimate interest in responding, Article 6(1)(f). We retain correspondence as long as needed for the enquiry or a resulting contract, subject to statutory retention obligations.
Providing your details
The enquiry helper requires your name, email address and message so we can address and respond to your enquiry. There is no legal obligation to use it; you may also contact us directly. We do not use enquiry data for automated decisions or profiling.
Your display preferences
The site stores your chosen language, colour mode and Work view locally in your browser (76ml-language, 76ml-theme, 76ml-work-view). Session storage remembers whether you explicitly paused the hero video (76ml-aperture-paused), until the tab session ends. Playback completion is only kept in memory for the current page. These values contain no enquiry text and are not sent to us. They support the display you request (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG); insofar as personal data is processed, the basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can remove these values in your browser’s site-data settings. This portfolio’s own code includes no advertising or analytics tracking. Authentication and infrastructure of the hosting platform are separate.
Cookies and stored settings
The portfolio code does not set HTTP cookies. The preferences described above use browser storage and are saved when you select them. Language, theme and Work view remain until you delete them. Browser storage is also covered by rules on access to your device. External players may store data as described in the external films section; the hosting platform may use its own authentication or security cookies. No advertising pixels, external font services or analytics scripts are included in this portfolio.
This removes only this portfolio’s display settings. Cookies or account data belonging to Google or the hosting platform must be managed through the relevant provider or your browser.
External films
The 1+1 music video is delivered directly by this website. Its YouTube link opens YouTube when you follow it. External YouTube and Google Drive players load after you choose to load the external video. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Loading transfers at least your IP address and browser information to Google; Google may use cookies or similar storage and process playback information. If signed into Google, activity may be associated with your account. Processing can also take place in the USA. For players with a consent prompt, loading is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for device storage or access, § 25(1) TDDDG). That consent applies only to the selected player. To end an embedded external connection, close the film or choose “Unload video”. This does not undo prior processing. Local images and locally delivered videos do not load a Google player.
Links to other services
Email, Instagram and links to original films are ordinary links. Opening them takes you to the relevant app or provider; their privacy information applies there.
Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation (Article 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with future effect. Contact us using the addresses above. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, including the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
